James Chehab is a young Lebanese artist with a polyvalent formation in the Audio-Visual field. He prides himself in his pursuit of beauty, perfection, and the meaning of life, trying as much as possible to convert his vision of the world into images and light.
His experience is focused on directing, cinematography and theater light design. A very visual person, James’s art revolves around light and philosophy. From the films he directs to his work as a cinematographer, creating sensitive, powerful and beautiful imagery seems to be the thing he enjoys the most in life.

Theater has played a huge influence in his vision and interpretation of light. After accidentally finding himself in the world of live theater, he excelled in this field creating light designs for many prominent and well known artists in Lebanon. He also accompanied the play “Jogging” (by Hanane Hajj Ali) as its technical director on its world tour through North America, most of Europe and even Singapore. The world of theater has added distinguished layers of sensibility and new perspectives to an ever growing artist.

Now he is looking for new horizons searching for his next adventure in the world of Cinema and Art.
